Steps

In a pan on medium/high heat add chicken broth, diced celery, chopped onion, parsley and diced potato. Cook until veggies are tender (about 20 mins)

blend veggies and broth in blender, blend then sit aside
- 3
in same pan, melt butter, add flour and mix well
- 4
gradually add milk and stir til thicken
- 5
add blender to milk, stir and heat through
- 6
serve with sour cream and/or bacon ENJOY!!
