Steps

Heat ghee in a pan add washed rice and fry for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

Heat milk and let it come to a boil.

Reduce the flame and add the rice.

After the rice is added,add the sugar,cardamom powder,chopped dryfruits and raisins.

Stir and continue to stir often so that lumps are not formed.

Cook further till the rice grains are completly cooked.

Switch off the flame.

Serve the rice kheer,hot or warm /chilled.

Garnish with dryfruits and fresh rose petals..
