Mexican stuffed shells

Cooking Instructions

Brown hamburger and add taco seasoning. Prepare according to package directions. Add cream cheese and stir until blended. Set aside and let cool.

While cooking hamburger, prepare shells according to directions. Drain and separate on a cookie sheet to avoid sticking.

Pour salsa evenly on bottom of 9x13 pan. Fill each shell with 1-2 tablespoons of filling and place open side up onto salsa.

Pour taco sauce over the shells. Cover dish and place in oven preheated to 375. Cook 30 minutes.

Add cheese and cook uncovered for 15 minutes. Serve with additional topping of your choice, such as sour cream or green onion.
