Maida is not good for health so i made sooji kachodi with vegetables filling as vegetables are good for our family .family and specially kids were getting bored by having daily routine vegetables so i gave a new look our vegetables in form of kachodi.

First ek pan me stuffing ke liye 2 tsp oil dalo carrot dalkr sauté kro then add onion n capsicum sauté for another 2 min.then add mashed potatoes n all stuffing masala n coriander leaves n mix well by pressing lightly with spatula. Ur stuffing is ready allow to cool it.now take another pan put 2 cup water n salt, ghee,ajwain in it.add sooji when water is lukewarm. Stir continuously. There should be no lumps.when all d water is absorbed n sooji is in form of dough turn off flame.

Let it cool down but not completely. Take 1 tsp ghee in your hand and knead sooji dough.now it seems like perfect sooji dough. Heat oil in wok,make ball and press in your hand fill the stuffing properly and close it from all sides and give shape like a kachodi.deep fry on medium flame.serve with your favourite dip.i served it with potato sabji and sauce.
