Ingredients

8 servings
  • dough
  • 375 gramsplain flour
  • 1 largeegg
  • filling
  • 1onion grated
  • 250 gramsmince meat or quorn or a mixture of both
  • 2 tbspfresh parsley ,chopped finely
  • 1 pincheach of salt and pepper
  • 4 tsppaprika powder
  • sauce 1
  • 4 clovegarlic crushed
  • 4 cupOf greek joghurt ,each 150 gram
  • 4 pinchsalt ,for seasoning the yogurt
  • sauce 2
  • 4 tbspbutter ,gently melted until clear
  • 1 tspheaped, paprika

Steps

  1. 1

    mix the flour, egg and some water and kneed into a plyable dough,divide the dough into two balls cover and rest in fridge for thirty minutes

  2. 2

    Peel and grate onion mix with mince or quorn,or a mixture of both salt, pepper,parsley,onion and the 3 teaspoon of paprika.

  3. 3

    Roll out pastry as thinly as you can and cut into 3 x3 cm squares.Add a liitle bit of the mixture on each square,fold over to make triangle and pinch shut.Drop into a large pan of salted water ,cook for 10-15 minutes

  4. 4

    for sauce one, just mix yogurt with salt and the garlic.For paprika butter just met butter until clear add paprika.

  5. 5

    Top pasta with garlic sauce followed by paprika butter.
