Steps

Remove excess fat from the meat,cut the meat into equal dices and season.

Heat oil on a Sufuria,add the meat and stir until lightly brown

Add the minced onions,stir for few min without colouring.

Add flour and paprika and stir until cooked.

Add the tomato paste and stir.

Add water and stir until it starts to boil,then leave to simmer.

Add the chopped potatoes,add water if necessary and leave to simmer until cooked.

Serve with macaroni or spaghetti.
