Take mixi jar & add coriander, parval' peel & middle part, chilli, garlic & ginger paste, & all spices

Crush well & make fine paste

Stuff parval with this paste

Take frying pan

Add oil & sesame seeds

Add parval

Sauté it until it becomes cook with pink.

Garnish with shredded carrot
