preheat oven to 350°

Mix together 3/4 cup ketchup, 2tbl spoon dijon mustard, and brown sugar in a small bowl and set aside.

Mix together meat, onion, salt, pepper, egg, 3 tbls ketchup. tear the slice of bread into pieces and mix all together

If you have a meatloaf pan you can place mixture in it. if not mold into a "loaf" and place in a tin foil lined pan for 30 mins. take out,place half the ketchup glaze on then place back into oven for another 30 mins then add rest of ketchup glaze
