Sneaky Tofu Peanut Butter Pie

This pie is so good, even people who ”don't eat tofu” will like it if you don't tell them there's tofu in it! ;) The finished product has the consistency of french silk pie and the flavor of peanut butter cups. Enjoy!

16 ozSoft tofu
1 cupPeanut butter
3/4 cupSugar
2 tbspSoy milk
2 tspVanilla
1Pie crust

Mix all ingredients in the blender and pour into pie crust.
