  3. 1 cubebeefstock
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 clovegarlic sliced
  6. 1/2Green pepper diced
  7. Potatoes 2 diced
  8. 1diced carot
  9. 1 tsprajah mild and spicy
  10. 1 tspPortuguese chicken spice
  11. 1/4 cupwater

    Tenderise your onion add spices
