Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. Halfcup semoliya
  3. Salt par taste
  4. Sugar per taste
  5. As neededwater
  6. 1 packeteno
  7. leavesCurry
  8. 1 tsplemon juice
  9. 3.4green chilli
  10. 1 pinchhaldi
  11. 1lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Add gram flour, suji, salt, sugar, haldi dissolve... Keep aside.

  2. 2

    After 10 minutes add eno and pour mix in plate on hot water of kadhai. Cook it high power till 3times.. And check meanwhile.

  3. 3

    Take a pan..... Add oil.. Mustard and curry leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, if you need sugar then add sugar.

  4. 4

    Now pour tadka mix on completely cool dhokla.

    Garnish with hara dhaniya and coconut powder.
