Shrimp Soup (My Way)

Wash the shrimp well, keeping the shells on.

Soak the shrimp in water with vinegar and lemon for 30 minutes.

In a pot, heat some oil. Add the shrimp and sauté for a few minutes.

When the shrimp turn orange, add the tomatoes, onions, green bell pepper, and garlic. Stir well.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add salt, black pepper, and cumin. Stir and cook until the shrimp are done.

Before turning off the heat, add the chopped parsley and let it boil briefly, then turn off the heat.
