Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 3 clovegarlic, crushed
  • 1onion, sliced thin
  • 1/4 kgshrimps, sliced
  • 2 cupshrimp stock
  • 1 cupyoung corn, first slice from cob and scrape
  • 2tbsps.patis or 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 cuppepper leaves (sili leaves)

  1. 1

    Saute garlic. When golden brown, add onions and shrimps. Add shrimp stock and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add scraped corn and simmer until the corn is cooked. Add seasonings.

  3. 3

    Add green pepper leaves. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes before removing from fire. Serve hot.
