Sabse pahle ek pan me milk lekr use boil krege.

Usko continue stir krte rahein taki wo pan mein jame nahi.

After 10 min usme custard powder milayenge.

Jab milk 1 lit ke krib rh something rh jae tab usme sugar add krenge.

Sugar dalne ke baad 10 min or boil krenge sim flame par.

Then gas off krenge or usko thanda hone rakhenge.

Milk thanda ho tab tak mangoes ko peel krenge or 2 mangoes ko grate krenge or ek ke chote chote pieces kar lenge.

Jab milk thanda ho jae tab usme grated or cut kiye hue mango milayenge or freeze me ek ghante ke liye rakhenge

Thanda serve krenge.
