Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 cupCauliflower florets
  2. 1/2 cup Soya granules
  3. 1/2 cup Rice flakes
  4. 1 tbspGarlic crushed
  5. 1 tspGinger grated
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 3/4 tsp green chilli paste
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1 tspGaram masala (optional)
  10. 2 tspCoriander leaves finely chopped
  11. 2 tbspRoasted Sesame seeds
  12. 1/2 tspAjwain
  13. 1 tspSalt (to taste)
  14. 2 tbspOil
  15. 4 tbspOil for shallow frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, chop and pressure cook Cauliflower florets for 3 to 4 whistles. (depending upon the size you chop).

    Boil Soya granules in 1 cup Water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside.

    Wash Rice flakes properly and soak in the water for some time.

  4. 4

    Drain, squeeze out water and take it in a big plate.

  5. 5

    Add Cauliflower and Soya granules. Add all masala mentioned above.

    Add 2 tbsp oil. Mix everything. Make a dough.

  7. 7

    Grease your palms and make Tikkis of desired size.

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry your Tikkis.

    Flip over after one side is done.

  10. 10

    Your tempting healthy Tikkis are ready to serve.

    Serve with Tomato ketchup and a glass of lemon juice.
