Ingredients

  • 1 stickbutter
  • 1Shallot or onion diced
  • 1/3 cupvodka
  • 8 oztomato sauce
  • 1 cupheavy whipping cream

Steps

  1. 1

    saute onion in butter until clear about 5 min

  2. 2

    add vodka cook 2-3 mins

  3. 3

    add tomato sauce cook 3min

  4. 4

    add cream heat through..do not boil

  5. 5

    enough for 1 pound of pasta, preferably short

Exellent .Don't let it cool to long or it will get too thick like alfredo sauce does.
