AMIEs GRILLED PINOY (Filipino) PORK CHOP
great for a family meals... good for picnics and parties... coz its simply delicious [ok]
Steps

Combine oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. Mix well until the powders are diluted in oil.

Rub the oil mixture in each piece of pork chop.

Place the pork chop in a cover container. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours for the flavors to be absorbed.

Heat the grill. Using medium heat, grill each side of the oor chop for about 8 to 12 minutes depending on the thickness of the cut. Baste with the remaining oil mixture.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve with sliced grern mangoes, tomatoes, salted eggs and shrimp paste or serve with any salad if desired.
