Ingredients

  • 2potatoes boiled
  • Halfonion
  • 2green chilli
  • leavesCoriander
  • Salt
  • Red chilli
  • Coriander powder
  • Amchur
  • 1and a half cup what flour
  • 1 glasswater
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Knead the dough with wheat flour

  3. 3

    Add potatoes and garam masala to it and make round shape balls

  4. 4

    Roll the dough with stuffing into chapatis

  5. 5

    Put the Chapati into the tava and cook from one side until pinkish brown using some ghee, flip and cook from other side.
