Ingredients

3-4 persons
  1. 1/2 kgboiled and chopped kamalkakdi
  2. 3boiled and chopped aalu
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1 tspjeera
  5. 1/2 tsphaldi
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. salt as par taste
  8. 1 tspchopped adrak
  9. 1 tspchopped chillies
  10. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram msala
  13. 1 tspaamchur powder
  14. 1 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadai heat ghee add jeera. when jeera crackled then add adrak and chopped chillies.

  2. 2

    Now add kamalkakdi and aluu. fry it for 5 min

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, haldi, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. mix all gently

  4. 4

    Now cover the sabji with lid or any plate and cook 15 min or till soft

  5. 5

    Now finish the sabji with grm masala and aamchoor powder. Enjoy it with hot pranatha or plane chappati
