Ingredients

  1. 6 eachFresh tomatoes
  2. 1 largeOnion
  3. 2 mediumJalapeno peppers
  4. 2 cloveGarlic
  5. 1 bunchScallions or green onions
  6. 1 bunchCilantro
  7. 2 largeLimes, juice only
  8. 1 tspSalt to taste.

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice tomatoes in half crosswise and squeeze out seeds and slimy pulp. Discard pulp.

  2. 2

    Finely mince tomatoes and all other veggies and greens.

  3. 3

    Squeeze lime juice into the mix and add 1 teaspoon salt to start.

  4. 4

    Stir well and taste. Adjust salt to your liking if necessary.

  5. 5

    Serve with tacos or any meat, or even just eat it with tortilla chips.
