Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1 teaspoonVanilla essence -
  3. 1/2 cupButter/ makkhan -
  4. 1/2 cupSugar/ cheeni powder -
  5. 1/2 cupgrated beetroot
  6. 5 teaspoonchocolate ganache
  7. 1/2 teaspoonBaking powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoonBaking soda
  9. 1/4 teaspoonSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter and sugar powder until mixture becomes double in size.

  2. 2

    Add rest of the ingredients into the above mixture and make a smooth dough and refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 5 parts and make small flat balls. and stuff 1/2 teaspoon chocolate ganache each ball.

  4. 4

    Place them on a greased baking tray and bake them in preheated oven at 170 degree for 20 minutes until they becomes light brown on edges.

  5. 5

    Take out all cookies and allow them to cool down.

  6. 6

    'beetroot choco lava cookies ' are ready to be served now!!!
