Eggless besan cookies
Steps

Sift together besan and rice flour in a bowl.powder sugar in a mixture.

Add to the flour mixture along with cardamom power and mix everything very well together.

Melt ghee and pour little by little in to the mixture and rub with hands.knead into smooth dough. Add little extra ghee if needed.

Cover the dough with cling wrap and place it in refrigerator for 25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170 c and line the baking tray with baking paper and grease with ghee.

Mak small balls out of dough. Roll and flatten using palms. Arrange it in baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cookies turns slight brown on side.mine got done in 20 minutes.

Let it cool completely and enjoy this yummy cookies.
