Ingredients

4 servings

1whole chicken, roasted and patted dry
1 cupbroth or water
1orange, sliced
2garlic cloves, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
1onion, diced

Steps

1

Pour the the broth ina pan and add chicken and spices if any.

Stuff the sliced orange, garlic and onion in the cavity of the chicken

Cover with tinfoil and bake for 2 hrs at 350 degrees.

The chicle comes out very tender. Serve hot.
