1 boxchocolate cake mix
1 1/4 cupreduced coffee
1/2 cupvegetable oil
3eggs

preheat oven to 350°F

pour about 3 cups of strong coffee in a sauce pan and simmer on low until it's reduced by half

mix cake mix as directed using the reduced coffee instead of water

bake as directed

frost with a vanilla whipped frosting, caramel sauce, chocolate sauce or whatever sounds good with coffee!!!
