3chicken breast
1red bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1orange bell pepper
2 cuplong grain white rice
1 canpineapple chunks
3/4 cupcaribbean jerk marinade

preheat oven to 425°

cook chicken for 35 min.

cook rice

when chicken is done cut into cubes, cut peppers into strips, add to pan with pineapple and marinade.

cook on medium heat for 10 min.

mix in rice and serve.
