Spinach Eggs
Good for breakfast , and healthy!
Steps

Chop potatoes into small cubes. skins can be peeled if desired.

Boil potatoes in water until they are soft.

In a bowl, stir the eggs, salt, pepper, sliced onion, and sliced parsley.

Heat a frying pan, then add the olive oil
- 5
Add the mix of eggs and spread all over the Frying pan.

Add the spinach over eggs.
- 7
Let it cook until it releases from the pan
- 8
Season the potatoes with parsley and salt, and serve with the spinahs eggs.
