Ingredients

  • 2 tbspmustard seed
  • 2 tbspwhole allspice
  • 2 tspcoriander seed
  • 2 tspwhole cloves
  • 1 tbspcrushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tbspmixed peppercorns
  • 1 tspground ginger
  • 2crushed bay leaves
  • 1cinnamon stick

Steps

  1. 1

    mix all ingredients together except cinnamon stick and peppercorns

  2. 2

    crush peppercorns with mallet and also cinnamon stick then add to mixture

  3. 3

    store in a air tight container
