Winter is the season for carrots and tomatoes. This is a dish in which I am using this two winter essential ingredients which makes the dish nutritious and flavourful.

Winter is the season for carrots and tomatoes. This is a dish in which I am using this two winter essential ingredients which makes the dish nutritious and flavourful.
Steps

Wash the rice and parboil it. Then drain the rice once it is 70% cooked. Keep it aside.

Heat Ghee/oil then add cumin, carrot, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Saute it for 2 minutes on a low flame.

Add little water almost 2 Tbsp then add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and saute'. Then add salt and garam masala. Mix everything well.

Time to add in the parboiled rice. Mix it well. Add little water if required. And cover it and steam it for 10 minutes on a flame.

After 10 minutes remove it from the flame and serve it with any curry or pickle. Drizzle some ghee over it. Enjoy this warm winter treat and stay healthy.
