  • 1fresh crocker fish
  • 4fresh tomatoes big
  • 4fresh pepper
  • 1bulb onions
  • 1hand ful scent leaf diced
  • 2knorr cube
  • to tastesalt
  • 1cksp veg oil

  1. 1

    Wash tomatoes, pepper and onions and blend not too smooth and set it aside, wash fish and spice to your taste and fry; set aside afterward

  2. 2

    Heat up small pot and add vegetable oil, sprinkle a little salt into the oil once it hot and pour in the blended tomatoes paste

  3. 3

    After 2 minutes, add the fried fish and allow everything simmer without stiring it,

  4. 4

    Once the water in the tomatoes is dried up and the oil is floating start stiring in the same process mash the fish and de bone in the process

  5. 5

    Add salt and knorr cube and finally add the scent leaf and turn off the heat and serve with white rice or boiled yam
