Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 quartloquats seeded
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupcoconut vinegar
  • 1/4 cupShaoxing wine
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tbspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    mix cornstarch and water together set aside

  2. 2

    mix all the other ingredients in a pot boil till loquat is soft put in blender liquidfy return to pot bring to boil add cornstarch solution stir till thickens serve with chicken or pork even lamb
