Steps

Take wheat flour, add semolina, cardamom powder, sesame seeds, ghee and mix well. Now knead a tight dough with the help of jaggery water as per requirement.

Keep it aside covered with a wet cloth for half an hour. Knead again properly to a smooth dough. Now make balls of the dough and roll them with the help of rolling pin.

Cut with a sharp knife horizontally and then vertically. Now heat oil in a pan. deep fry them on a low flame till brown in color. Tasty shakarpara are ready to eat.
