  • 1 piecechicken thigh
  • 1/8white onion, finely chopped
  • champignon mushrooms
  • 3eggs, beaten
  • dashwhite pepper
  • 1 tspsoy sauce

Steps

    Pan fry chicken over med-high

  2. 2

    Add veg

  3. 3

    Add rice

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce

  5. 5

    Add egg to med-high and stir continously

  6. 6

    Once dry enough, roll omelette and sear the outside
