Steps

Wash & cut lady fingers. Cut onions & green chillies

Roast Besan without oil on griddle until light brown.

Heat oil in Kadhai.

Add onion. When it translucent add bhindi & green chillies.

Cook it on slow to medium flame for 10 minutes.

Mix all dry ingredients in Besan.

Add in cooked bhindi.

Mix & stir it. Cook it again on slow flame until all spices mixed well & bhindi leaves Kadhai.

Remove from gas.

Serve with roti or parantha.
