    Ek kadhai me pani dal ke ubaliye

    Us pani me barik kati huyi hari mirchi dale. swad ke hisab Salt dale. Jira ko thoda kut ke dale.

    Pani ubalna suru hojaye tab eno dale or turant hi chawal ka aata dale.

    Or gas ki aanch dhimi karein or belan se gol gol hilaiye or sab mix karein.

    Achhi tarah se mix hojaye tab use dhimi aanch pe dam pe hone de thodi der baad phir se hilaye niche jale nahi uska dhyan rakhe

    Khichu taiyar hojaye tab dish me nikal ke uper se mugfali ka kachha oil or methiya masala dal ke garama garam khaye aap chahe to uper se barik kata huva hara lahsun bhi dal sakte ho
