Ingredients: 1 can whole kernel sweet corn (15oz) drained; 1/2 tsp paprika; 3 dash garlic powder; 2 dash red pepper flakes; 2 dash onion powder; 1 dash ground cumin; 1 tbsp butter; 1 salt and pepper to taste

Made this again last night with tacos.. Everyone at the taco party loved them. A great way to spice up boring corn! :)

Ingredients

1 canwhole kernel sweet corn (15oz) drained
1/2 tsppaprika
3 dashgarlic powder
2 dashred pepper flakes
2 dashonion powder
1 dashground cumin
1 tbspbutter
1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

place all ingredients in a small frying pan.

heat on medium low heat for about 10 min. tossing to coat corn.

serve with favorite meal.

hint: you may add other veggies such as green pepper, red pepper, peas to the mix. also can be served tossed with rice.

This sauteed corn was a hit out of the ball park! It really took a common and boring vegetable and gave it new life in a way I could not have imagined. My wife loved it as well so this is definitely going to be made in my house again and again! B-)
