Ingredients

  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 1 cupbabycorn
  • 1/2 cupmushroom
  • 1 smallbellpepper
  • 1/2 tspchili flakes
  • 1/2lemon
  • 2 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 3/4 cupchicken stock
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchpepper
  • 1/4 kgshrimp

  1. 1

    Peel shrimp and separate shrimp head .

  2. 2

    Crush head , boil in chicken stock .

  3. 3

    Reduce stock to 1/2 cup, strain and set aside.

  4. 4

    In a bowl, combine shrimp, chili flakes, turmeric powder, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. Set aside.

  5. 5

    In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil and butter .Add mushroom , bell pepper and baby corn

  6. 6

    Add shrimp mixture. When cooked ,add stock , reduce sauce . Add salt and pepper to taste.

Too much apple cider vinegar. If you follow the instructions of the recipe says add shrimp and reduce sauce once they're cooked. If you do that your shrimp will be come very rubbery. my wife and I ate it but our children would not.
