Ingredients

  • 1Betty Croker muffin mix (I used blueberry)
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 2 1/2scoops of whey protein
  • 1 dashvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    prepare muffin mix as stated on back of mix

  3. 3

    add milk, protein and vanilla

  4. 4

    fill muffin pan (greased or lined) a little less than half way

  5. 5

    cook 17-20 min until golden brown
