Ingredients

  • 2 cuprhubarb, diced
  • 2 tbspsherry
  • 2 tbsporange juice
  • 1 tbspred wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1zest of one orange peel, in large strips
  • 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    in medium saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil.

  2. 2

    then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    remove the zest from the mixure and throw away.

  4. 4

    puree in a blender. serve hot or cold

I grew up in Texas, and had horses, rode in junior rodeos, even won a few. When i moved to Oregon, i was the only one of my friends that could ride and rope... Hence the nickname.
