4cksp quarker oat
3 teaspoonmilk

Boil water for few minutes.as is boiling add the oat.

Stir with stirring as is boiling and keep adding more water.

Boil for 5-7mins and make sure there is no lumps.

Immediately is done.put off the heat.

Add the groundnut and milk to enjoy the breakfast.
