Steps

Place¾flour in a bowl and add 70 ml cooking oil and salt.

Boil water until warm and add to the flour. start kneading until the dough becomes firm.

Place dough on flat surface and roll until almost flat. place oil on the flat dough and cut into strips.

Roll strips into round balls and roll into flat chapatis. heat up the pan as you roll.

Place chapati on the pan and add 2tbs cooking oil beneath it.

When the bottom cooks spread the oil on top part and overturn.
- 7
When cooked remove and place another. when you finish serve.
