Ugali is always the basic meal that makes the beef flavour amazing.
Steps

Chop the meat,place in a pan and heat on a medi flame.

Sprinkle some salt and cook till ready.

When tender fry with half the oil and chop the onions and toss in.

Add garlic powder and slice the tomato.Add it in,cover to simmer.

Add some water and stir gently.Add the royco cubes,red pepper and a bit salt to taste.

Cover to boil for ten minutes.Remove from heat

Heat a separate pan with oil.When hot, add in the kales and stir.When ready remove from heat.

Serve your beef with kales and a slice of ugali.Enjoy.
