  1. 3 tbspolive oil
  2. 3 tbspred wine vinegar
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspground cumin
  5. 1/4 tspsalt & 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  6. 1can-16 oz) kidney beans, drained & rinsed
  7. 1can (15oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
  8. 1can ( 11oz) mexicorn , drained
  9. 1/4 cupthinely sliced green onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a largw bowl, combine the first 6 ing. Add beans, corn & onions , stir to coat.

    Cover & refrigerate until ready to serve.Serve with a slotted spoon.
