Ingredients

4-5 persons
  1. 1 cupchopped sarso ka saag
  2. 1 cupchopped moli
  3. 1 cupchopped shalgam
  4. 1 cupchopped gajar
  5. 1 cupchopped methi
  6. 1 cupchopped aalu
  7. 1 cupchopped cauliflower
  8. 4-5fresh aamla
  9. 3 tbspchopped adruk
  10. 2 tspchopped chillies
  11. 1 tspjeera
  12. 1 tspred chilly powder
  13. salt as pr taste
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder
  15. 3 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big kadai heat oil add jeera saute it. Add adruk, chilles, all vegetables and saute for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Add all fry ingredients and cover the lid and cook for 20-25 minutes or till soft

  3. 3

    Serve hot with puri or pranatha
