Wash all chillies and slited lengthwise and dry completely with dry towel or under fan

Dry roast rai, sauf and methi dana and cool down

Blend all masalas together

Take a pan heat oil till smoking point and cool down

Add hing, all masalas and salt
- 6
Fill all chillies with this masalas
- 7
Take a plastic container set all chillies inside
- 8
Keep it in sun light for 3-4 days
- 9
It is ready to serve with any meal
