Ingredients

  1. 8 slicebacon
  2. 8gluten-free pork sausages
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 2red apples, cut into wedges

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to gas 7 / 220C / 450°F

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a frying pan

  3. 3

    Wrap a slice of bacon around each sausage and brown off in the pan

  4. 4

    Transfer the sausages to a roasting tin and put in the oven for 20 minutes, turning once halfway though. If your pan is ovenproof, just use that instead of dirtying a tin

  5. 5

    Add the apple wedges to the tin and roast a further 10 minutes until the apples are caramelized and the sausages are cooked through
