Spring onion & potato stuffs

Mix flour, Suji & salt in a bowl. Make tight dough using water. Knead it properly.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok. Add spring onion. Saute well. Cook on high flame for 5 minutes. Add potatoes dices, all spices along with green chillies. Saute all until all ingredients mix well.turn off flame. Let it cool on room temperature.

Take big lemon size dough. Flatten it with roller pin like thick chapati using dry flour. Now stuff filling in half portion of chapati & brush water on edges. Fold it.

Heat griddle. Place the parantha on it. Cook it over medium flame. Press it with spatula. Pour oil on edges. Cook it until crispy on both sides.
