Ingredients

2 persons
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cupkhoya
  • 1/8 tspbaking soda
  • for chashni
  • 1and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2and 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tspcardamon power

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida, khoya, baking soda and knead soft dough

  2. 2

    Take a pan add sugar, water and cardamom powder and cook for 10 minutes or it become sticky

  3. 3

    Make Balls lemon sized and deep fry

  4. 4

    Put all deep fry balls in chashni and rest for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    It is ready for serve
