Soak whole masoor for overnight. And drain water off.

Take oil in kadhai. Heat it. Add jera, hing, curry leaves, peanuts in it. In short time add chopped onion and tomato in it. And mix it.

Add red chilli powder and turmeric in it. Add half coriander and masoor and mix it.

Add salt and cook it till you see oil in sides.

It taste good with chapati.
