Chop the onion finely and fry in a saucepan with oil till golden brown.

Cut the green pepper and tomatoes into cubes and add them to the brown fried onions and allow them to cook.

If the tomatoes and green pepper are lightly cooked add the beans and cayanne and a pinch of black pepper.

Add water and let it boil.

After boiling add the rice untill it cooks.

Serve the hot bean rice and enjoy.
