Put water in a bowl add salt and sugar

Start kneading until the dough becomes firm

Place the dough on a flat surface and roll, place oil on the flat dough cut into strips

Place your pan on a jiko as you fold the strips into round balls then roll into round dough

Place the rolled dough on the pan add 2tbs cooking oil beneath it, when the bottom cooks overturn and cook on the other side

Remove your chapati and place in a clean bowl lined with a clean white paper
